The sweet friendship between a garbage truck driver and a dog
A cute 4-year-old German shepherd, named Jett has always make friends very easy. But at least one of the most important relationships is with a garbage truck driver, named Curt Stickley.
The dog’s owner told, that their friendship started a year ago. The truck driver asked the man if he can pet the dog, while it was out.
“The driver stopped his car to ask if he can feed the dog. The owners said yes and they became friends.”
Derek couldn’t follow the garbage truck passing his house and Jet couldn’t go out to wait for his beloved friend. The dog really missed Curt and he wasn’t the only one.
The owner found some dog sweeties inside his mailbox and also a letter, which said “look inside”.
Curt also missed his friend and wanted to do something for the dog. Derek was so touched by the gesture, that he shared the photos on Facebook and it immediately went viral.
Derek also told, that he even called the truck driver’s boss to express his thankfulness for the good job.
Derek does everything possible to make their reunion possible and Curt can see the dog for at least a few minutes.
