This is Yago, a very good and generous dog.
And, as it turns out, he is a hero as well.
Not so long ago, Yago was basking in the morning sun at Argentina’s house when he heard the voice of a creature in distress. His masters, Mariana Corti, and his spouse were woken up by the uproar as well.
“As soon as we woke up, we heard knocking from the yard,” Corti told a regional radio station. “Looking out the window, we spotted that a dove was struggling for life in the pool.”
But then, to Corti’s surprise, she noticed the beloved Yago hurry into battle, refusing to land as the bird calmly sank.
The dog rescued the creature pulling the bird out of the pond so that it could recuperate and fly away.
The family definitely couldn’t help but be proud.
