A Persian cat, leftover by her owner is now searching a loving home

A cat with a dirty and full of fleas coat

The Persian cat named Lucy was found leftover near the church in Scotland.

Her merciless owner had just left her in a box and left on the street. The animal rescue centre is looking after her.

She had been ignored for some time, as she was in poor health and her fur was matted. She is approximately 16 years old and needs assistance and care for the years left.

The staff had to shave her coat clearly, as it was very matted. And as she had important dental condition, they decided to remove most of her teeth. She must have felt a lot of pain, but thanks to months of rehabilitation she is okay.

Lucy is now searching for a permanent home. “We would want to find Lucy the forever home she deserves.” told the centre manager.

She was understandably worried about human interaction after being so much time on the street. She is now more relaxed and understands we are here to help her.

“She was underweight when she came to our care and became even smaller when we had to shave her. We fed her with tasty food while she wore a comfortable pullover to keep her warm.”

“Her beautiful coat is starting to regrow and is silky and fluffy. We’re looking for an experienced owner for Lucy, who can take care of her and her coat.”

“To keep her look beautiful, she will need to be groomed every day.”

“We think, that Lucy would live in an adult-only home, where she is the only pet and gets all the attention and care. She would be the best indoor cat ever.”

People, who are interested in adopting Lucy should feel the application on the website.
