Such a heartwarming situation: cat locked in bird trellis eventually has a loving home

It’s good, that everything in this cat’s life continued well.

Rescue organization Furry Nation Salvation has received news of a cat that has been forced to live in an inconceivable environment. The cat was kept in a bird trellis all his life. Having learned about her condition, a rescuers’ crew went to that place.

When the team reached the place, they rapidly moved near the tiny and filthy bird trellis. Rescuers were not able to imagine the scene when they detected a foxy striped cat covered in fleas without having a clean tidy spot.

The crew instantly took the cat out and washed her in order to remove the blisters. From the beginning, she walked only for small intervals, then he sat down. She is not able to walk or go far away, as she is not accustomed to the liberty of movement after living on a bird trellis.

They brought her to the clinic in order for her to get all the proper treatments needed.  After examining the cat, the vet said the cat had bladder, high respiratory, as well as skin taints associated with the territory in which she was.

“When we got to his house, he had a flea bath and a dose of flea spray,” told Tonya Herr of Furry Nation Salvation. “When my 2-year-old held her while he dried off, he cooed like a dove very loudly.”

The saved cat was named Holly Peppermint, and generous rescuers gave her all proper care. She understood that she was eventually secure and started her recovery. Luckily, a woman named Caryl Whiting met her story on Facebook and suggested affiliating her.

It’s been four years since Holly was affiliated and it’s great to report that she now has an excellent life and is pleased by a life full of love. The cat will never again appear on a bird trellis. Holly has discovered the excellent home and the closest companions she is truly worth.
