Koalas are undoubtedly one of the most beautiful animals on earth.
With their shaggy ears, rotund body, and gleaming eyes, they are like the fluffiest stuffed animals.
Lone Pine Koala Refuge manager Karen Nilsson shared some amusing truths about this animal.
“They don’t sleep or ease for 18-20 hours directly, they have brief periods of occupation within a 24-hour stage, but their most dynamic hours are around sunrise and sunset,” he told Bored Panda.
“Opposite to gossips, these animals do not give you Chlamydia,” he added.
Regardless of the fact that these tiny marsupials are quite tardy, they are seldom hunted, only occasionally they are assaulted by dingos, huge pythons as well as some birds of hook.
And they are so charming and wonderful, aren’t they?
Bulging-eyed koalas (which are actually marsupials) can live up to 18 years.
