People from Tokyo have seen an old man, who walks his pet in the streets of Tokyo. It is a big African spurred tortoise.
As it can be seen by this mysterious pair, they have been together for a long time and the tortoise is always near the owner’s side.
It even suffered a casual stupid costume!
